Software Engineer

About the job

As a Software Engineer at Rappid, you'll partner with Rappid Solution Architects and Product Managers to deliver solutions for our customers. You will be part of the end-to-end agile delivery practice including design, scope, development, testing and maintenance of customer projects. You will be a critical factor in developing, supporting and delivering critical business solutions.

Typical Project Work Includes:

• Collaborate with a Rappid team (typically 2-4 members) working alongside client partners (business, engineering and security)
• Understand client business problems; work on the design, development, configuration, testing, and deployment of software to provide game changing solutions.
• Write code and build integration solutions to solve key business challenges
• Create custom solutions using tools such as Zudy, Retool, Zapier, Airtable, Integromat, Adalo and many more.

You will be a critical member as an early employee in our company, working with our consulting teams to solve our client's toughest and most critical challenges.

About you

• You are a strong self-manager, clear communicator and willing to expand your comfort zone to learn something new
• You excel in fast-paced environments
• You have an understanding of application design, development, maintenance and enhancement lifecycle
• You have in-depth knowledge in programming frameworks and/or experience in one of the following JavaScript, Python, Ruby on Rails or API design
• You have experience working with data and understand relational data
